Skin camouflage is the use of specialist, highly pigmented creams and powders that can be used to reduce the appearance of a scar, mark or skin condition. Our specialist Skin Camouflage Service offers free appointments with trained skin camouflage practitioners at clinics across England and Scotland.
Choosing the right type of appointment for you
We offer face-to-appointments as well as advice sessions online and over the phone. However, we are only able to offer colour matching at face-to-face appointments. If you’re not sure which option would be best for you, please see the guide to our Skin Camouflage Service.

Information you will need to complete the form
You will need:
- Your NHS number. You can find this on any written correspondence from your GP surgery, or you can contact them to obtain it. See the NHS website for more information on how to find your NHS number.
- Your GP details. This information will help us to check if skin camouflage products are available on prescription in your area. Our skin camouflage appointments are partially funded by the NHS, which needs confirmation that you have attended.
What happens afterwards?
Once you have completed the request form below, we will email you to confirm your request has been received. We will then be in touch to book your appointment as soon as space becomes available. Waiting times vary between clinic locations, but we aim to offer you an appointment within six to eight months of receiving your completed form.
